1/2 bunch of Asparagus
1 Avocado, diced
1 1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
2 tsp Lime juice
1/4 cup crushed Snikiddy Hot n Spicy Baked Fries
Splash of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1. Break or cut the tough end off the Asparagus. If you bend the asparagus it will naturally break where is should.
2. Take a peeler and run it along the asparagus creating shaved pieces.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl.
4. Season with a light amount of salt and pepper to taste.
5. Mix and serve.
