Welcome to the Snikiddy Fitness Area, where you’ll find our Fitness Tip of the Week, safe exercise routines for kids, ideas for parents and children to get fit together and fitness tips. All of the routines, activities and tips are authorized by our Snikiddy friend, Tommy Tomlo, who is a certified personal trainer specializing in children’s fitness. Tommy is the founder of Human Development Systems.  Here at Snikiddy, we like to encourage everyone to Have a Healthy Day. To us, that means eating well and being active.

Vitamin Angels is committed to eradicating childhood blindness due to Vitamin A Deficiency (VAD) on the planet by the year 2020. Operation 20/20 is the first major step in this global campaign, which launched in 2007 18 countries.

In its first year Operation 20/20 will reach 4.5 million children to prevent VAD childhood blindness.  In addition to the vitamin A, all the children will receive de-worming medicine to improve the absorption of the vitamin A and help combat intestinal parasites.
